January 26, 2024 - Beautiful balance between sweetness and acidity. It looks and tastes quite young.

October 26, 2023 - This bottle was near perfection! Roasted nuts and coffee. Caramelized lemons. Fresh acidity and fruit with just the right amount of age. An aftertaste that just don't go away. Winner of the tasting "Vintage with age".
    Bottled religion!

June 20, 2023 - Out of half bottle. A little round, and I wish it had a touch more acidity, but still a nice drink. Seems like it’s time to drink, at least in this format.

May 23, 2023 - Caramelized nez with petrol, molasses and dried apricots. Moderate levels of sweetness, overt but not cloying. Beat with food, in this case salmon teriyaki. Very much a dried apricot, molasses and lemon curd flavor profile. Showing age with a bit of a petrol burst. Drink any time. I’ve come to appreciate troken expressions of this grape more than these sweeties but with the proper food this was good. Not sweet enough for dessert and too sweet for aperitif, I still liked it here.

March 24, 2023 - Dinner with LD and BC. Beautiful sponty energy. Vibrant and refreshing. Still with great tension and acidity to hold the wine together.
