  August 14, 2011 - Pretty light yellow. Fresh citrus with a bit of tropics on the nose.
  
  Crisp, bright, tart. Grapefruit, but much, much more than that. Elegant. Great acid, minerality. Makes the mouth water.
  
  Wonderful wine, went very well with caprese salad.

  June 19, 2011 - Shockingly good pinot grigio -- almost Alsace quality. Nice fruit, but has a round, savory finish that highlights minerality and layers of tree fruit. Quite nice and complex.

  November 4, 2010 - Excellent Pinot Grigio, with pure white white peach and tart Granny Smith aromas. Round and fresh palate of white peach and pink grapefruit. Clean, bright finish.

  August 4, 2010 - Tested from a preservation machine circa 60 deg F. Attractive nose of sweet floral (fruit tree blossoms) with notes of stony mineral. Decent acid on the attack with tastes of almost sweet ripe apple (perhaps other fruit, pear?) and minerals, and hints of wood in the mouth with a bit of glycerin. Finishes with echoes of the taste - fruit, mineral, wood. Off-dry to dry. Body medium minus, acid medium. Fair value at USD14.

  May 6, 2010 - This does that special Pinot Grigio trick of somehow getting sunshine right into the bottle. The nose is just lovely: white linen and pale lemons, a breeze from the next grove over. The rest is subdued tropical fruit and a hint of soft peach, all layered over a well-balanced wash of acidity.
