March 15, 2017 - This is still evolving but it's another good effort from TDHM. Fine, dusty tannins over essentially blackcurrant flavours, with a round, almost spherical feel to the middle section and a good finish. At a paltry 7 euros the mind boggles.

December 23, 2015 - Plenty of middleweight charm, with more redcurrant than usual, quite dusty tannins but they're still there, so not quite ready yet. Very good at the price.

August 31, 2015 - Amazingly very little brown colouring for a cork stopped 8 year old bottle. Still fruit, distinctly summer fruit. Probably could have coped with up to 5 more years in the bottle.

July 31, 2015 - This was ok but lacked fruit which I guess is a characteristic of the vintage. Interesting to drink relatively soon after having a half bottle of the 1971 which I enjoyed. Decent bouquet but a bit hollow and short on the palete.

May 31, 2015 - Sweet caramel initially which blew away and gave way to black and red fruit. The palate has lots of black fruit initially but then there's a nice green, savoury edge on the lightish finish. Very good for the price.
