February 8, 2020 - Crimson in color. 15% ABV. Savory nose of red fruits, leather, olives and roasted herbs. Medium to full bodied with strong acidity. Big and bold with a core of sweet fruits. Black cherry, kirsch liqueur, raspberries and pepper on the palate. Tremendous length on the finish. My first chance to try this wine and there is much to like. Give this another 2-4 years in the cellar.

April 24, 2018 - On the nose, aromas of dark fruit, leather. Wonderfully expressive palate, with flavors of cacao and lovely bright fruit. Well balanced, medium bodied with firm acidity. Plenty of time left on this one but if you prefer fruit, it's drinking perfectly now.
