November 6, 2023 - Straddles styles of classic & modern CdP. Strong cassis fruit, with good secondary earthiness and a touch of herbs de Provence. Tannins are still evident, and I think that this wine will continue to improve for up to a decade more.

September 23, 2023 - Another superb bottle of this. It‘s really in the zone, open, radiant but enough freshness to not be overpowering. Beautiful CdP of a very high level.

August 7, 2023 - smokiness, mature, dark berry, tobacco flavors

June 4, 2023 - Dark ruby with some browning on the edges. Some hints of tertiary leather and notes of dried spices, but mainly just monolithic stewed dark fruits and a lot of alcohol. Full bodied, over-ripe, jammy. Lacking freshness and any sort of elegance. The hot weather shows and I'm not sure it was particularly well handled here. Disappointing. God knows how I am going to get through another 11 bottles...

November 26, 2022 - First glass, A good wine at the tail end of still having some primary berries and fruits. Very smooth, fennel, cherries, leather. Last glass showed its age and I’d say at the tail end of its best days. Did not decant because the restaurant did not have a decanter but based on this bottle I would not decant, I would also not sit on any bottles a lot longer either.
