September 24, 2021 - UWS a random set of wines (@ JB): Beautiful bouquet with some smoke, chocolate and garrigue. Same on the palate. Friendly acidity and mild tannin. Beautiful wine.

September 30, 2019 - A very posite surprise, vibrant, very cool for the vintage, a mineral feel here along with the sweet, lush fruit. Very elegant and bakanced. Wish I had more. In a sweet spot right now, if you don't hate primary fruit.

August 24, 2017 - Ripe, round, lush and with perfectly ripe black cherries, plums, black raspberries, wet earth and 5 spice aromatics, this is drinking well today. If you like young Grenache blends, pull a cork and enjoy it, for its ripe, forward fruit.

October 29, 2014 - Warm and ripe. Not my style.

June 12, 2014 - I'm generally not a fan of special cuvées and I'm not a big fan of 2009 in the Southern Rhone either, but this is a really good wine. The nose shows that animale character I also find in the normale bottling and the fruit is well contained with a good structure supported by firm tannins. This is not overtly warm or ripe by any means, quite traditional as a matter of fact. Needs time for sure, for the tannins to resolve, this will be a lot better in say 5 years time.
