Community Tasting Notes 1

April 2, 2011 - nose - a fresh grassy nose. this is coming onto me like a sauvignon blanc
mouht - crisp, herbal, and seemingly with some residual sugar, though lacks some of the piercing acidity that i have experienced from this grape. Competently made, with a very prominent herbality, i'm afraid that the masses wouldnt really like this much, though i think its fine for what it is, and if fact might be a good paring for a spicey enchilada
