November 19, 2014 - Obviously past it's prime by a long shot but still fun. Ppl r too harsh on this wine. Popcorn caramel viscous alcoholic full bodied. If u r a ws fan it's worth a try but it's not spectacular or anything

December 6, 2013 - Deep golden color with suspended sediment
Oxidized aroma and flavor, harsh, metallic. Either flawed or well-past its drink by date.
Purchased Sep13 after positive tasting at WS winery - I was fooled and/or I am the fool.
Major disappointment at this price from this level of producer.

August 17, 2013 - Tasted blind in a large flight of domestic and French Chards. Definitely fooled me. Reminded me of a stinky French white burgundy. Deep golden hue in color, this wine was a little funky with notes of candied dried apricots and peach, and a nuttiness that was a bit off putting. Grew on me after awhile, but wasn't great.

March 17, 2007 - See note on 9/16/06. This bottle was definitely off as well.

September 16, 2006 - Seemed off. I was expecting big fruit, new world style. Seemed closed, tight or dead. Questioning if this was corked. Second day no difference. Very musty and dank. Wine Enthusiast gave this an Outstanding rating / review, but I can not discern any of thearomas or flavors they observed.
