December 17, 2021 - Holiday Champagne Gala (Park Ridge Country Club): Pristine bottle well cellared since release. Mostly mature black plum with and Old School Napa style from the days when I still liked Napa wines' more balanced style. Layered and complex, very charming with good enough weight.
