February 19, 2013 - Good for the price (4.99). My go to cheap wine. Fruity up front, slightly dry oaky finish. Not a showstopper but a decent cheap wine.

February 12, 2011 - Fairly exceptional for a $5 bottle of wine - as other posters indicate, rather fruity and sweet. That said, it's $5 and, comparing it against other wines in the same price range it is an excellent value. Makes a good wine for the hot tub, non-discriminating guests (i.e., the good kind of guests), or for an inexpensive wine for a work week meal. My initial impression of the wine is that it's basic but smooth, fruit is immediately noticeable on the palate. Back palate is clean but unremarkable. I'll keep a few of these in stock for guests.
