July 21, 2021 - Dark and cloudy in the glass.
Mature nose with forrest floor and cedar wood.
The taste is well rounded at this point. Dark fruit, underbush and dried flowers. Some acidity.
This is definitely mature and I wouldn’t recommend aging it any further. It has seen better days, but it is surely not dead. -

April 1, 2010 - First taste 4.1 evening with dinner. Nice fruit core, though obscured by oak. Not really sure that this wine will improve with time. Plums, toatky oak, brown butter. Think this will either show or die overnight.
