October 28, 2023 - Deep dark garnet red in the glass, with moderate thinning at the edges. On the nose, brambly blackberry, soft leather, a hint of creosote and rosemary. On the palate, soft tannins and oak are matched by the acidity and by somewhat less fruit than in the past. Finish is carried with oak and red cherry fruit. Is still well integrated, but likely will not improve further. It did improve with a small amount of time in the glass, however - and was very enjoyable.

September 18, 2023 - Red and blue fruit notes take a while to come around. This is somewhat light and pretty and could be on the downhill side. Tannins fully integrated and very nice mature wine. It wakes up with food and was an excellent match for lamb chops. It's very balanced with a light mouthfeel and very classy. Darker plum notes emerge with time and food. I would have guessed aged Ridge Zin or BDX if tasting blind. If you have a few I'd definitley check on one. Don't see further upside for holding.

May 27, 2022 - Drank this with our daughter to celebrate birth of our second grandchild a baby boy!
Beautiful mature wine that definitely lives up to its Right Bank label. Dried red fruit notes, a bit of earthy flavors and drinking perfectly right now.

April 30, 2022 - Drink now. Fruit still there, library mature nose, but while drinkable mid palate, flabby, no finish, one dimensional and rather unmemorable. Some might like this style, but I see little to no upside to its banality.

February 28, 2021 - Opened 2 hours before dinner. Well balanced, but not terribly complex. Had higher expectations given the winemaker and the blend, but it never really took off.
