October 15, 2022 - 21st Canberra International Riesling Challenge (Albert Hall, Canberra): Butter, lime, honey, slight toast. Medium plus intensity acid, bone dry but fleshy, tangy, balanced, honey, lime is less sharp and pointy, more curd than cordial, a little butteryness lends a fatness. Yum.
