Community Tasting Notes 2

May 29, 2015 - Old nose, with notes of brown paper, apple cider vinegar, and roast capsicum. Palate shows flavours of blackberry, raspberry, and roast capsicum, with strong oaky notes of caramel and vanilla. Shows decent acidity, but overall it's pretty ordinary. Two bottles opened - apparently the other one was slightly better.

March 9, 2013 - Cabernet Shiraz Tasting: Served blind. Porty nose with VA and vegemite. Palate is better with rich fruit but it still doesn't have much depth to it.
