December 1, 2019 - Still drinking beautifully. Deep gold color. Lush nose of dried stone fruit. Apricot and honey on the palate. Excellent pairing with Thanksgiving roast turkey and wild rice/sausage stuffing.

Tastes were a little less pronounced and full than before, but still excellent.
Opened p meaningfully through the bottle. I will open the next one 30 min in advance (two left).
