January 17, 2021 - This wine has matured beyond the petrol stage. Still hints of mango and pineapple. The mature flavours are hard to describe, but perhaps strong herbs in combination with ripe fruits comes close. Some fresh acid make it very interesting. Paired it with sweet honey hot spiced boneless ribs. nice combo.
