August 16, 2011 - Drank at Hawksworth - Light pink in colour. Sweet and frothy in the mouth with flavours of candied apricot and sweet strawberry. Nice acidity. This is kind of simple but very enjoyable. Good.

July 19, 2011 - Delicious bubbly rose moscato. Fruity and light. Sweet but not too sweet. Very refreshing. Drank with strong sharp cheddar and it worked well. Also drank alone as dessert.

July 4, 2011 - Caramel pink appearance. Off-dry and so perfectly balanced, with a core of juicy, strawberry, raspberry, watermelon, and lime flavors. Secondary notes of citrus blossom and citrus zest, along with a perfect amount of fizz, and impeccable acidity brings it all together. A perfect foil for a hot summer day.
