October 3, 2017 - Nice red fruit with some earthy secondary characteristics, a bit of baking spice. Opened up a bit in a relatively narrow decanter and then faded after 5 hours.

June 25, 2017 - Slightly past its peak. Delicious, but faded fairly quickly.

April 28, 2017 - Good secondary characteristics (some leather and earth), cherry fruit, acid. Improved after an hour of air. Are its best days behind it? Maybe so, but still a compelling wine with food.

October 2, 2016 - It was good, however not worth the price.

September 28, 2014 - Oregon Pinot Tasting - Boerne Wine Club: At BWC event. The ringer in the group of Oregon pinots. Held its own, was my third on the list for the evening. Excellent dark raspberry and mineral notes on nose. Nice lighter raspberry, cherry notes with a damp earth aspect. Very good finish.
