December 2, 2017 - A bit of petrol and lentil, which bloomed into a soaring floral and fruit driven nose. Had a voluminous and almost oily feel without being heavy. The alcohol was there but not a distraction. Seamless, classy, and drinking so well.

November 11, 2017 - This needs 2 hrs open before it is at its best, before that it has a stewed cabbage note is distracting. Best at just over cellar temp. This is doing quite well. At full maturity. Apricot, brown apple, vanilla, light mint. Heavy body, solid acidity, good fruit, and a touch bitter on the end. I like this, but may not be for everyone. Drink within the next 3 years.

August 14, 2014 - Aroma: hazelnut, nectarine, wet stone and a touch of sulfurous cooked cabbage.
Palate: juicy, puckery and initially sweet apple flavors that quickly develop strong mineral and stony notes. Somewhat bitter finish.
