August 20, 2022 - Disappointing. Not a “bad” wine, but certainly did not meet expectations. Creamy fruit and gentle, but did not increase in complexity, and tasting after being open a couple hours and another day did not suggest further development likely.

March 23, 2021 - well made and quite delicious but a little one dimensional - it may develop more complexity with some age - great value!

December 12, 2020 - First vintage of this wine. I adore the freshness and precision of the creamy raspberry and sweet blackberry fruit, the terroir expression is exemplary, balance and elegance are impeccable (in spite of its 14.5% ABV), and the quality of the wood is of the highest order. Full marks. But there is a green streak running through it too. This adds a certain energy on the palate, but it also gives the finish a slightly hard edge. Drink sooner rather than later.

March 25, 2020 - In all honesty, I was quite taken by this particular wine, especially seeing its first ever vintage.

    - Preparation : none, this was pop and pour, however decanted for 1-2 Hrs and consumed throughout the evening
    - Colour : young, fresh, crispy, vibrant red, reminded of the blood of a bull ?
    - Nose : surprising, very delicate, again young and vibrant, intense, sexy, chocolate, crispy, stunning
    - Taste : right on the money, spot on for drinking now, again lots for young and crispy red fruit, nicely made but with nice sharp edges
    - Finish : again more young red fruit, tannins still there but nicely integrated already, quite spicy and peppery, good decent length

Prior tasting I had a rough idea what to expect, but this still was quite surprising to me, quite a lot of wine for your buck here. Buy now and drink now !
