March 12, 2023 - Opened up nicely after 3 hours of decanting. On the nose, Minty hay, slight dark chocolate and roses. On taste: cherries, mint, roses, high tannins, high acidity, but after 3 hours the tannins become more creamy and approachable. Long aftertaste, nice structure. Will revisit this in 5 years.
