December 24, 2023 - Delicious. Enjoyed with some waygu. Decanted a little over an hour and enjoyed over 2-3 hours. Drinking very well.

December 25, 2022 - Drinking very well. Cassis on the nose and in the mouth. Mature notes, rounded, intense. Outstanding. Will go on for another few years.
