  July 22, 2023 - A cherry inflected rose of gamey bordeaux and chalky fruit. So delicious and unusual. This is a savory rose that some substance that can make for some interesting pairings. Went fantastic with duck breast.

  August 28, 2022 - My previous tasting note was spot on, but I had a higher impression of the wine this time. I loved this.
  
  "Very much like a light take on the Emilien, with a classic red bordeaux nose and even palate, all just lighter. This has a deep strawberry color, a little barnyard, earth, and strawberry, raspberry, and a hit of grape flavored chewable vitamin."

  May 20, 2022 - Gorgeous transparent ruby, strawberry, funk, and alcohol vapors on the nose, comes together with strawberry, candied peach, spice, stone and slightly unbalanced with a lot of heat on the finish. Quaffable, but went poorly with my cheeseburger, maybe there’s a better food pairing with something that has saffron in it. Agreed, terrible QPR.

  March 19, 2022 - Strawberry jam, crabapple, and a bit of funk. Definitely shows it's character as a natural wine. Very interesting and fun to taste. I wouldn't peg it as Merlot. Not great QPR, but definitely worth trying.
