May 4, 2024 - Fourth consecutive of the arguably top-notch Cuvée Caroline (v22, 14.5% ABV, 90/10 Tibouren/Grenache, bottle no 1,106) - consistently outperforming key peers w its balance & elegance in a rarely seen serious & vinous way. Deep salmon in appearance. Expressive & impressive nose, rich & round w an abundance of complexity, vanilla & barrel spice, toasted notes of exotic fruits mingling w strawberries, citrus & Medi herbs. Opulent, not overly so, palate, fresh w force, strawberries, closing on a juicy, citric-dry note! Keep for further complexity!

April 30, 2024 - Orange-pink colour. Nose is fruity with oak character and notes of roses, strawberries, raspberries, rhubarb and oranges. Mouthfeel is gorgeous, fruity, with nicely integrated oak character, nice acidity and notes of oranges, strawberries, rhubarb and garrigue.
This is nothing but a world-class rosé! I've had a few vintages of this by now, and this might be the best vintage so far.
