April 23, 2014 - Citron och vita blommor i näsan. I munnen mera citron, men också en rejäl näve exotisk frukt; ananas och persika. Det balanseras bra av en grön, nästan sprittande syra vilket gör att vinet både är smakrikt och friskt. Det är fortfarande ungt, och kan säkert utvecklas bra i flera år till. Riktigt bra för priset! Vi drack det till halstrad gravlax med citronsås och ris.
