Community Tasting Notes 3

October 16, 2011 - Light ruby; savoury cheese, manure, sour cherries, wild strawberries; sweet cherry, medium body, tangy acidity, soft tannins, decent finish.
Good pinot barnyard funk led to an otherwise jammy, cherry sauce flavour. Smooth, easy-drinking and not bad for the price.

May 6, 2011 - Not a good wine in my opinion. It tastes and smells like a farm, rubber and to old red fruit.

April 17, 2011 - This is an easy-drinking fruit-dominated Pinot Noir. Pleasant nose of strawberries and some forest floor. Good flavors of soft berry fruits followed by smooth integrated tannins and a decent finish. Went well with chicken in red wine sauce and also when sipped on it own. Not complex but good value.
