April 14, 2024 - Very good sparkler. Would like to taste this in comparison with some champagnes. I think this would stand up well.

Short lived exuberance. Gushy, frothy head with bright, cheery green apple, lemon and raw pineapple notes that fade all too quickly. Bubbles dont stay. Palate very lightweight. Very dry. Very short finish.
Interesting wine. My first English bubbly.

December 31, 2023 - Excellent British sparkling and I believe the first vintage sparkling we have had. Very straw color. Obtained toasty brioche notes although Jen thought it was a bit sweet.

October 16, 2023 - Excellent British sparkler, there are quite a few now that can give the French champagne houses something to think about, nice lemony colour toasty, smooth in the mouth a good small bubbles, good quality at the price and will keep.
