  September 21, 2021 - Italian Wine Scholar Class at the Texas Wine School. First vintage of Prosecco Rose' on the market. 85% Glera, 15% Pinot Nero. Pale salmon, with vigorous perlage. Med aromas of lemon, white flowers, yellow apple, strawberries, roses, yeast. Dry (6.5g/L RS), with med to med (+) acidity, med (-) alcohol (11%). Light bodied, with med flavor intensity and length. Simple but quite quaffable and easy to pair with just about anything. Drink now, not intended for aging. Solid QPR.

  August 11, 2021 - Great mouthfeel, easy drinking, light fruit flavors. Good by itself or with food. I prefer this to prosecco in general.
  
  For reference, Prosecco Rose DOC is made from 85–90 percent glera grapes (always used to make Prosecco) mixed with Pinot Nero to provide the color.
  
  Note that Jeio also have a "cuvee" that looks very similar but is NV, not DOC, and is made from completely different grapes. I prefer this to that.
