  January 2, 2024 - Eric Guido's note does better than I can muster, but this was a very serious chardonnay. This had serious extraction, a kiss of oak, and what seemed to be a hint of oxidative notes -- including some orange peel. Very complex.

  September 6, 2023 - Tropical fruits lead the way aromatically. I get a creamy texture mouthfeel and what I would call a modern style to it. Absolutely improved by the use of oak this wine maintains a delicate light to medium body. Quite fresh and very enjoyable.

  February 18, 2023 - Having had the 18 vintage of this class act, gorgeous Jermann wine last year, expectations were indeed v high. And, yes this is performing even better! Pale golden-straw, slight green reflections in appearance. The nose is teeming with restrained yet complex aromas of citrus, tropical touch, seasoned oak, chalk & touches of vanilla. Absolutely delicate m-bodied palate, m-acidity, super fresh with nuances of honeysuckle, citrus and hazelnuts. Defined texture, lovely concentration, elegant & deep, so alive. Superb, vibrant, complex & long finish.
