June 15, 2007 - (Sherry/Montilla) Wines with Jesús Barquín and some odds and ends; 6/13/2007-6/15/2007 (Granada and Sevilla): Black color with a deep ruby rim. Nose of deep black berries, oak, and a touch of a sweet floral, candied note. On the palate it is youthful and silky with interesting notes of pencil lead. Dies a little on the finish however.
