May 20, 2021 - Lots of fine bubbles. Aromas of apples and candied citrus, in addition to some quite strong sur lie aromas. No toast. Rich and a bit sweet fruit in the mouth with a slight bitterness in the finish. I guess a couple of years can add some more elegance here.

April 16, 2021 - Litt våt ull-mineralitet, rimelig melent eple, honning, tone av kokos. Dyp strågul. 50/50 blend. 2011 base. Flott og typisk nese, ganske rik og fyldig på smak, mangler kanskje litt syresnert. Men totalt sett mye å glede seg over. Bør ikke ligge, denne er best nå.
