January 28, 2024 - From the higher slopes of the Meursault terroir. This was showing well. It has a very intens palette of citrus and mandarin with a strong mineral backbone. Refreshing palette that carries plenty of weight and structure.

November 2, 2023 - PVG Masterclass (Iggy): Pale green, wet stone, mineral, lovely core, savoury, touch reductive, lemon, full body with beautiful finish. Very impressive. After 2 weeks in the bottle, it remains amazing fresh and linear.

September 19, 2023 - Meursault Madness Dinner (Pomeroy - Winnetka IL): From magnum. Ripe and fleshy, this came across as fun and easy, but then lingered on a brighter finish. Very good now, but there is enough subtle structure that this will drink well through the decade.

December 23, 2022 - Lunch at Batard: My first time trying this producer and wasn't disappointed. Riper fruit than the Heitz that gave it more sweetness, definitely a larger-scaled wine but still very balanced. Really liked the tension and finish on this. Faded slightly on second day as the honeyed fruit became predominant. Shame the 1ers and above have gone up so much in price.
