Community Tasting Notes 10

Tiene cuerda para 10 años más.

May 3, 2019 - Deep dark almost impenetrable red colour. Strong nose of dark fruits, blackberry jam. Highly concentrated wine. Tannins are velvety and soft. Acidity and alcohol are well balanced. Long finish. This drinks perfectly now.

April 28, 2018 - The color is deep dark red. Thick legs. On the nose it has some very interesting perfumes. There is lots of dark fruit, black currant, blackberries and lots of spices. On the palate it’s full bodied with good acidity. It’s very concentrated almost black fruit jam. The spices in there really make a long and interesting finish. The alcohol shows a bit making it slightly unbalanced. My first thought was to not keep it cellared much longer and drink the remaining two bottles soon, but it seems that the sharp edges seem to have somewhat disappeared on the 3rd day. I’ll keep them a little longer.

June 2, 2017 - Impenetrably deep garnet wine with a punchy alcoholic nose.
Black Forest Gateaux: Cherry & chocolate.
Fruitiness is structured by integrated tannins, balanced by a nice acidity bringing welcome freshness.
Violets on the lightly astringent and persistent finish.
If you like your wines generous, this is for you.

    Malbec 54%
    Cab Sauvignon 25%
    Cab Franc 11%
    Tannat 10%
    Alcohol - 15%
