November 23, 2019 - Early days, lots of sweet&sour apple (Fuji, Pink Lady etc), quite some spice at the back end (white pepper, nutmeg), wet wool, and some steely lemon curd. Quite good with some grilled salmon but a bit too much on its own and with some appenzeller. Hold 1-2 years.
