January 19, 2023 - Although good red fruit aromas, it was quite acidic throughout. Maybe just past its drinking window, or perhaps a bad food pairing (bolognese sauce??!!)

December 5, 2022 - Some of the reviews feel a bit harsh! There is a slightly reduced aroma when you open the wine and on first pour, but I found it dissipated very quickly. What’s left is a very balanced wine with ripe fruit, a full palate, good acidity and a long finish. Went great with food (Italian, naturally…) - I don’t think it was meant to be deeply pondered on its own, but no complaints from me!
