  February 11, 2015 - Prince - Hugel tasting (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Medium minus intensity aromas of cream and yoghurt, slight white pepper spice and some green notes. In the mouth the wine has flavours of slight sour apples, cream & yoghurt. Front of mouth furring, quite spicy and warm on the back of the palate. Long finish, well balanced, nice.

  January 27, 2014 - The Alsace Wine Day 2014 (Operaterrassen, Stockholm): Nose with ripe apple, a hint of apricot and a very discrete spice note. The palate is completely dry and medium bodied, with apple, spice, and definitely a good acidity for a Pinot Gris. 87 p
