November 24, 2013 - Una bottiglia che sembra non sentire l'età sembra , anzi il vino sembra anche più giovane rispetto alla bottiglia provata un anno mezzo fa. Il giallo paglierino ha ora dei riflessi verdolini. Naso sempre complesso con note di anice e fiori bianchi. Bocca molto ben equilibrata, con acida anche più sostenuta che in passato. Prossima bottiglia da provare nel 2015.

June 30, 2013 - Golden yellow color. Mature but definitely plenty of life left. Full, round mouthfeel but balanced with some tannin and a touch of acidity. Almond and pear flavors predominate with a bit of apple. Drinking beautifully and a great match with crab cakes.
