April 1, 2021 - Light colour, smells of quince and slightly of lovage, medium body, has a little bit of residual sugar, so more off-dry, very creamy, medium acidity, in the mouth quince and a little bit of lovage, in the aftertaste quince and a little bit of acidity, good length (15 sec), could have more acidity to balance the residual sugar.
