June 11, 2017 - Light golden straw color. Bountiful mouthfeel, rich minerality and just enough sweetness to set the table for the tart finish. Pure joy next to my Mami's bacalao on a sunny Sunday afternoon. A Mediterranean meal to go with a coastal Italian beauty.
