July 3, 2023 - Very wet and crumbly cork - could not get it out. Decanted for a half hour - big ripe wine with lots of dark berries, creosote and a little bacon fat. Great mouthfeel. Tannins mostly resolved

November 27, 2021 - This is an a good window. I drank one several years ago, and it was not quite ready. Bold, complex, but not heavy. A great example of the varietal.

August 13, 2020 - I half expected this to be ready/mature. Nope, not for my tastes. Which is fine, I can wait for the tannins to better integrate. That said, the fruit is still fresh enough that another 3-4 years of rest is both necessary, and safe. Night 2 was better, night 3 was my favorite. recommended
