Community Tasting Notes 2

August 8, 2008 - It wasn't decanted. Nose: lots of strawberries, cherries and oak. Maybe a bit less oak would be nice. Mouth: medium body with soft tannins. This wine would benefit from a 40 minute decanting. I would wait one more year to open it. An obvious wine, but it's very worthy to try it.

October 8, 2007 - A very odd nose that you would be hard pressed to identify as pinot noir. Completely dominated by raw oakiness.
Lacks any interest on the palate.
