May 4, 2024 - No brett, but slight bitter tannins and for me too much oak. Not unpleasant but hiding the fruit. Decanted 1 hour.

October 3, 2022 - Struggled with this. Found it very bretty and a bit out of balance.

June 4, 2022 - Bretty and bitter. Hints of violet and dark fruits but completely overshadowed by Brett.

October 31, 2021 - Really top notch Mencia. Scented with real verve on the palate. This is proper wine. No obviously oak. Well made and balanced. Very much enjoyed by all.

October 1, 2021 - When opened it's concentrated, bitter and with clear alcohole taste. Medical. Just took a glass and then i did not want anymore. BRB.

Edit: Went back to it after six hours and the very rough edges were off. Actually rather yummy by now. But maybe not for all. Started out at around 74 and ended at 90. So around 88.
