Thursday, December 8, 2022 - Very nice ready to drink Cab Franc. Deep color with a soft tannin finish. Put down a little sediment and should last another 3-5 years. Great with smoked gouda cheese! Santa Ynez can produce some very good Bordeaux style wines.
