Saturday, November 25, 2023 - Very Gewurtz & spritzer due to some secondary fermentation. An issue but I like it as this would be a great summer wine. Love the anderson valley and all the great people there! Now for the wine, as the carbonation leaves there is an elegant gewurt with good body and the off dry mouth feel. Good acidity with a fruitiness that lingers. Great effort for a California Gewurtz!!!
