Sunday, December 17, 2023 - Pale straw gold - rushes out of the bottle with a lot of effervescence, perlage lasts a few minutes. Complex and inviting nose, with pear, lemon and biscuit. Complex palate, broad, rich, with a good acidic backbone. Long finish, with, no pun intended, mineral on the close.
