Friday, December 22, 2023 - Cellared. Dark, opaque maroon/burgundy. Took about 20 minutes to settle. After it opened up, brambles/tayberries, sage and rosemary on the nose. Rich and vibrant on the palate, with berries and chocolate coming through. Hint of residual sugar? Clean finish that stays true.
