Wednesday, December 27, 2023 - This was lovely. Best, I think, on Day 3. It was a little jammy at first, but opened with air and the previous tasting notes are spot on - Redwoods, mushrooms, tree sap. This is the foresty side of the Sonoma Coast. Makes me think of Occidental and the redwood forests surrounding the town. Perfect pairing for roast chicken with mushrooms and chive oil.
