Friday, January 12, 2024 - A light and delicate white wine. The nose is impressive: smoke and struck match. Great density in the palate considering the low alcohol. Creamy, with touches if vanilla. The fruit is fairly subtle and comes across floral and gagey. This is not a particularly citrussy wine - it talks more through its interesting structure. Very balanced in acidity. Interesting and a good aperitif, but can be overwhelmed by food.
