Friday, March 29, 2024 - Tasted at the domaine but didn't take notes at the time. Helios is picked 2-3 weeks later than the main harvest so not as sweet as vendanges tardive. Has a lovely acidity, I recall thinking it would cut nicely through a tarte tatin or a vanilla ice cream.
