Por copas. Otro vino liviano de Assyrtiko, justo para el aperitivo elaboradoen la isla de Santorini. Aburridos aromas exóticos a piña sobremadurada, mango y papaya sobremadurados junto con un toque cítrico. Vino de cuerpo ligero al paladar, con una acidez gastronómica y un final picante. En suma, intrascendente.
